The idea for Emerge-Z arose out of a simple question asked at the 2023 National Hurricane Conference to a panel of women in emergency management.

“I am a member of Generation Z, what advice do you have for me?”

This sparked the idea of creating a space for Gen Z professionals who are serving in industries that are responding to the Climate Crisis. Emerge-Z is committed to cultivating the next generation of climate crisis responders by providing our members with the resources, skills, and support they need to make a positive impact in their respective fields. We believe that by bringing together the brightest minds and most passionate individuals, we can accelerate progress towards a sustainable future.
